Hot-dip galvanized flat steel is a metal profile processed from ordinary flat steel as the base material through the hot-dip galvanizing process. During production, the flat steel undergoes strict pre-treatment, including cleaning, degreasing, and pickling, to thoroughly remove surface impurities and oxide scale. It is then immersed in molten zinc liquid at approximately 450℃ - 480℃. During this process, the surface of the flat steel undergoes complex physical and chemical reactions with the zinc liquid, forming a multi-layer protective structure composed of a pure zinc layer and a zinc-iron alloy layer. This unique process allows hot-dip galvanized flat steel to retain the original performance advantages of flat steel while possessing excellent corrosion resistance.
